BCT hosts series of events in April

The Blaine Community Theater is sponsoring a full-day garage sale followed by a dance from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 21. The garage sale “fling” is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Blaine Community Theater located next to Rite Aid in the Cost Cutter mall on H Street in Blaine.

The facility will re-open the doors at 7 p.m. for the dance, with music beginning at 7:30 by local musical group “Double Trouble,” formerly known as “Razz Ma Tazz.”

The “Spring Fling” dance will perform all-ages music including classic rock, pop, current hits, blues, classics, swing and country. The duo prides itself on taking requests from the crowd and is planning a wide variety of dance music that will suit all ages.

The community theater group will provide refreshments by donation. Tickets are $5 per person and can be purchased at the door, Blaine Visitor’s Center, Duchess Hallmark in Everson and by phone at 966-7731.
