Blaine author schedules December book signings
Blaine resident Evelyne Picot-Gory has scheduled a series of book signings this month for the release of her newest murder-mystery book Peter’s Flaw.
Signings are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. December 1,2, 8,9, 15 and 26 at 638 Peace Portal Drive and coincide with the 2007 WinterFest festival of local artist and crafters.
The book follows the life of Peter, who Picot-Gory describes as an unscrupulous and ambitious man, as he plots revenge against his former wife Sunray after she leaves him.
Evelyne, a French native, immigrated to the United States in her early 20s from her former home in Paris.
A former Peace Corps volunteer, Picot-Gory said she is involved in humanitarian and ecological causes. She lives with her husband, Didier. They have two grown children; Yensy and Tania.
Peter’s Flaw is available online at Amazon.com, and also at Barnes&Noble.com.
