Church celebrates 125th anniversary

Christ Episcopal Church in Blaine marks its 125th anniversary this next week with Solemn Evensong followed by a reception on Wednesday, December 17 at 6 p.m. There will be a display of historical photographs and other items. The evening service itself will be heavily devoted music of the Advent season and is intended to be a devotional and highly family friendly evening.

Guest preacher will be the Rev. Paul Collins, Rector of Trinity Church in Seattle, the congregation that originally sponsored Christ Church’s development 125 years ago. The church is located at 382 Boblett Street in Blaine. For more information call 332-4113.
