Little Red Caboose co-owner John Quimod’s dog “Doogie” inspects a caboose in Reardon, Tuesday. Quimod and co-owner Kylie Bestul were looking for a second caboose to expand their restaurant at 795 Peace Portal Drive. If successful, the couple said they will be offering dinner service and wines as early as this winter.
