NOEL concert returns to Blaine

Those looking for a way to celebrate the season with poetry, music and song will want to attend this year’s NOEL concert at the Blaine performing arts center.

The concert returns this year at 7:30 p.m., Friday, December 3 and will open with several holiday numbers by the Blaine high school’s chamber choir. 

NOEL is a Celtic classical ensemble featuring medieval dress, harps, strings, flute, percussion, and poetry with performers from around the world including Chip Bergeron on cello, Kimberley Breilein on flute, Gaye Davis and Ann Muia on violin, Kay Reilly on percussion, Elizabeth Stuen-Walker on viola, Rosemary Scott Vohs on reader, Emilie Whitman on harp, and founder of the NOEL ensemble, Jill Whitman on harp.

The NOEL/Choir concert is sponsored by the Pacific Arts Association. Tickets are $15 for adults or $30 for families and can be purchased online at www.pacificartsassoc.org or at the Blaine Visitor Center, Pacific Building Center, or the coffee and gift shop at the Semiahmoo Resort.
