Blaine police chief Mike Haslip spoke during the Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce monthly  meeting at CJ’s Beach House restaurant in Birch Bay. Attendees had questions regarding crime statistics and the costs of maintaining a police force in the case of possible incorporation.
