Those with questions or concerns about the Port of Bellingham or who want to know more about port projects can meet with commissioners this month over a cup of coffee.
Port of Bellingham commissioners along with new executive director Charlie Sheldon will host a series of informal meetings with the public along with free coffee, tea and breakfast pastries. The meetings are scheduled from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. each Wednesday in coffee shops across the county.

• February 9, Babe’s Place, 2830 Main Street in Ferndale, with commissioner Jim Jorgensen and executive director Charlie Sheldon.
• February 16, Bellingham Cruise Terminal in Fairhaven, 355 Harris Avenue, with commissioner Michael McAuley and executive director Charlie Sheldon.
• February 23, Bay Café at Birch Bay, 7608 Birch Bay Dr., Birch Bay, with commissioner Michael McAuley and executive director Charlie Sheldon.
