April 8: Remote video surveillance operators observed three subjects exit a vehicle on Zero Avenue in Canada and illegally enter the United States near Blaine, Washington. Border patrol agents arrested the suspects and found that two were citizens of Israel and one was a lawfully admitted permanent resident (LAPR) of the United States. The LAPR was cited and released. The two citizens of Israel were processed for removal proceedings.

April 8: Border patrol agents responded to the Whatcom County detention center for a Spanish translation request.  The subject was a Mexican citizen that had previous arrests for DUI, resisting arrest, and obstruction. The suspect was processed for reinstatement of a prior removal.

April 9: Border patrol agents arrested a citizen of Poland walking on Silver Lake Road, north of Maple Falls. The subject was illegally present in the United States and had prior arrests for a false insurance claim, destruction of insured property and grand theft.  The subject was processed for removal proceedings.

April 10: Remote video surveillance operators observed two individuals entering the United States illegally on the beach west of the Peace Arch port of entry.  Both subjects were Russian but had landed immigrant status in Canada. The suspects were processed for a return to Canada.
