May 20: U.S. Border Patrol agents responded to a request for translation by the Everson Police Department near Everson.  The subject was determined to be a Mexican citizen that had been previously removed from the United States in 2005. Suspect was processed for removal proceedings.

May 24: Border Patrol agents encountered a citizen of Nicaragua at the Washington Department of Transportation truck scales on I-5 south of Bellingham. Record checks revealed that the subject had multiple misdemeanor violations and had overstayed his visa to remain in the United States.  The suspect was processed for removal proceedings.

May 24: Border Patrol agents arrested a citizen of Mexico near Lynden. Record checks revealed the subject had illegally entered the United States several times before this encounter.  The suspect was processed for removal proceedings.

May 24: Agents arrested a Canadian citizen after he illegally entered the United States on a mountain bike east of Sumas. Suspect received a voluntary return to Canada.
