James Barnett, r., and his sons Ben and Joel ride south on Portal Way on June 2 as part of a 55-day trip from Blaine to the Mexican border. The Boise, Idaho, natives are making a trek to raise money for future trips designed for those in wheelchairs.

A few days after this photo was taken, James was involved in an accident in Seattle that threw him from his wheelchair into traffic. He was transported to Skyline Medical Center with fractures to both his knees and his left arm.
