September 14: Personnel monitoring a remote video surveillance system observed multiple subjects enter the United States east of Guide Meridian Road near Lynden. Agents arrested three citizens of India and one U.S. citizen picking them up in a taxi. The taxi was seized, the U.S. citizen driver was released and the illegal entrants were processed for removal.

Personnel monitoring a remote video surveillance system observed a subject walking down Harvey Road east of Blaine. Subject admitted to agents that he had just illegally entered the United States and is a citizen of Germany. The subject was processed for removal.

September 15: Agents responded to a request for assistance from Swinomish Tribal Police on a traffic stop near La Conner. Agents arrested a Mexican citizen who admitted to being illegally present in the United States. The subject was processed for removal.

September 15: Agents responded to a request for assistance from Lynden Police at a traffic stop near Lynden. Agents arrested a Mexican citizen who admitted to being illegally present in the United States. The subject was processed for removal.

September 17: Agents apprehended a citizen of Canada after he illegally entered the U.S. on a bicycle near Lynden. The subject was processed for removal.
