July 29: Blaine Border Patrol agents responded to a request for assistance from the Ferndale Police Department regarding a subject they had detained in Ferndale. The individual, a citizen of India, admitted to overstaying a student visa and being present in the U.S. illegally. The suspect was placed under arrest and processed for removal.

July 29: Bellingham Border Patrol agents responded to a request for assistance from the Tulalip Police Department regarding a subject they had detained in Marysville. The individual, a citizen of Mexico, was determined to be present in the U.S. illegally. The suspect had previously been removed from the U.S. and had a criminal conviction for murder. The suspect was placed under arrest and processed for reinstatement of a prior order of removal.

July 29: Sumas Border Patrol agents witnessed two individuals cross the U.S./Canada border who were subsequently apprehended north of Lynden. The subjects, citizens of India, admitted to illegally entering the U.S. The suspects were placed under arrest and processed for removal.

The five suspects, citizens of India, were determined to be present in the U.S. illegally. The individuals were placed under arrest and processed for removal.
