The Lummi Gateway Center will launch its third annual Coast Salish Winter Festival arts and crafts market on Friday, November 29, and will run on Fridays and Saturdays from Thanksgiving until Christmas.
This event will feature cooking demonstrations, and offer handcrafted gifts and artwork available for sale by tribal artists during the festival at the Gateway Center (exit 260, off Slater Road).
Watch some of the cooking demos at the Sche’Langen Seafood Market, pick up your fresh, Northwest seafood for the holidays, and try a made-from-scratch meal at the Lummi Gateway Café while you are there.
The festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturdays through December 24.
The center is open Monday through Saturday, and the event is free and open to the public.
