Three entities have applied for marijuana licenses in Blaine:

Perecan Farm, 6942 Karber Road in Blaine applied for a Tier 1 production license on December 14. A Tier 1 license means they would be able to produce marijuana for sale at wholesale to marijuana processor licensees and to other marijuana producer licensees if approved. Tier 1 allows for 2,000 square feet or less of dedicated plant canopy. They have also applied to be a processor.

Leef, 3210 Peace Portal Drive in Blaine applied for a Tier 2 production license on December 13. A Tier 2 license means they would be able to produce marijuana for sale at wholesale to marijuana processor licensees and to other marijuana producer licensees if approved. Tier 2 allows for between 2,000 and 10,000 square feet of dedicated plant canopy. They have also applied to be a processtor.

Pain Management Clinic, 479 12th Street, Blaine has applied for a retail license. This location is within 1,000 feet of the Blaine School District. The application does not make clear if this is the proposed location for the retail store, but under state law, marijuana processors and retailers cannot be located within 1,000 feet of establishments which are considered to be “sensistive areas.”
