Thomas “Tom” O. Reuble, age 96, passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2010 in Ferndale. Tom was a life time resident of Blaine, WA. He was born in Fort Casey, WA, January 12, 1914 to Gustave and Regina (Oxley) Reuble. Tom graduated from Coupeville High School in the class of 1932 and Washington State University in 1940. He married Leof M. Nettleton on September 9, 1939 and worked for the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service for 32 years retiring January 13, 1979. Tom was receded in death by his wife Leof and his parents, brothers Gus, Fred, Lawrence and sister Mary. He is survived by his sister, Mildred Gorski, children, Thomas G. (Jennifer) Reuble, Linda (Patrick) Quigley, grandchildren, Jamie (Kirk) Kamarath, Chad Quigley, Rika Reuble, Garit Reuble and two great grandchildren, Bryce and Krystin Kamrath. And numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Tom will be remembered for his large vegetable garden, over 200 rose bushes and cutting many, many cords of wood for his fireplace. He was an avid hunter with his dog, clam digger and sports fishermen. You may share
