Doris Rose Bristol
December 17, 1933 – February 15, 2011

Doris passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by family, on February 15, 2011.
Doris was the youngest child of Ludwig and Ragnheidur Wulff, born December 17, 1933 in Blaine, WA. She spent much of her adult life in Bonney Lake with her husband, Raymond, while working as a dental assistant. In 2005 she and Ray moved to Olympia to be nearer to her daughter Robin, who devotedly cared for her. It was Birch Bay that she
always called her childhood home and where she later took numerous trips in her RV. These trips are among the countless memories her children and grandchildren have of their treasured G-ma. She had a wonderful sense of humor and made us laugh even in her last days on earth.
Doris is survived by her husband Raymond, who lovingly nicknamed her Rosie, children Jeanette, Robin and Raymond Jr., her grandchildren Carly (Ryan), Courtney (Matt), Cassie, Cameron, Caitlyn, and Zander, stepsons John, Bobby, and Jim, and the extended Wulff family, which includes her nieces Kristin, Carol, Kathy, and Nancy, and her cousin Norma. She is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings Ernest, Wilfred, Kristin, and Louise. Doris was selfless and generous and loved her family dearly. We will miss her beautiful smile and her laughter.
