Obituaries

Lisa Martha Zuzarte entered into rest on Nov. 20th, 2011 after a long illness bravely borne. She was born Nov. 21, 1968 in Nairobi, Kenya. She graduated high school at Loreto Convent,  Msongari  in Nairobi. Met her husband to be, Marcellus Zuzarte in Nairobi; they were married in Burnaby, B.C, Canada, Nov. 9, 1991.

Lisa was a devoted wife as well as a doting mother to her sons Luke, Keenan and her miracle daughter Juliana. She was a talented cook and had a great sense of humor, always ready to rally her nieces and nephews. Lisa took great pride and worked hard at being a home maker and gardener, tending her favorite white lilies with pride.

She was a great friend to many and right hand to Marcellus in their business venture. Although she suffered many years with illness, Lisa bore it and made it her own right up to the end. She was a loving daughter and wife, devoted mother to Luke, Keenan and Juliana, fun loving sister and aunt and precious friend to many. Lisa’s care, concern for others and her beautiful smile will be greatly missed.

Lisa is survived by Marcellus, Luke, Keenan, Juliana, parents Tony & Sevey Rodrigues, siblings  Neil and Sharon, mother in law Stella Zuzarte & family.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 604 H St, Blaine, WA 98230, on Saturday November 26th, 2011 at 11.00 am. Please leave your condolences at www.jernsfuneralchapel.net.
