Blaine’s boys and girls’ track teams have been shining on the individuals’ front recently, with Blaine’s Ephraim Westbrook and Cherish Morrison securing big wins in 100 and 200 meter races at recent meets. Blaine’s boys team took home a second-place team finish at the March 23 Bedlington Invitational at Lynden High School while the girls’ team secured sixth place. The Borderites next host Bellingham and Lynden high schools on Thursday, March 29. The action starts at 3:30 p.m.
