End of the line for volleyball, girls soccer

The girls soccer and girls volleyball teams both made it to playoffs, but ended their respective seasons with losses in early rounds.

The volleyball team headed to the 1A District tournament at Kings October 30, where they lost to Kings (14-25, 12-25, 13-25) and Mount Baker (four sets) to end their season with a 2–10 Northwest Conference (NWC) record.

The girls soccer team hosted South Whidbey at Pipeline field October 30 in the first round, loser-out game of the 1A District tournament. The Borderites lost 4–0, ending their season with a 3-8-1 NWC record and a 5-10-2 record overall.
