Joyce Vanderpol will celebrate her 100th birthday on Sunday, January 14. Vanderpol said she still works 40-hour, six-day work weeks from her office on H Street, Vanderpol Realty & Notary. Vanderpol is Washington’s oldest licensed real estate broker, according to the Washington State Department of Licensing.
