Caroling returns to Semiahmoo Resort

Come one, come all to the 21st annual old-fashioned caroling event at Semiahmoo Resort.

The event is free and will take place from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 16 at the resort’s San Juan ballroom. According to a press release, the event will feature cookies and warm beverages along with a cash bar.

Award-winning children’s entertainer and recording artist Dana Cohenour will kick off the event with a children’s program.

Semiahmoo-based Shearwater Trio, comprised of Cohenour, John Sturdivant and Brian Ellison, will sing old-fashioned carols at 5:30 p.m. Special guests Erin Corday on guitar and Jack Cohenour on ukulele will also make an appearance.

Guests are encouraged to bring donations of nonperishable food for the Blaine Food Bank. To make a dinner reservation at the resort call 360/318-2000.
