Custer rest areas reopen after three months

Posted

The two Custer rest areas along I-5 are reopened after the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) closed them last October because of lack of resources and available staff. The Custer rest areas were among several rest areas between Everett and the U.S./Canada border that were expected to be closed for three months.
