Port of Bellingham contractors are working on 1,000 feet of trail that will go along the water’s edge from the new marine storage building on Milhollin Drive to the boat launch. The eight-foot-wide, lighted gravel trail will connect to the rest of the Blaine Harbor promenade trail.
