Blaine resident Teagan Grabish, l., in addition to two other students from Washington, Ritusha Samal, c., and Gabrielle Karber, r., was selected to be part of the inaugural Region 10 Youth Preparedness Council, a program of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Washington Emergency Management Division. They will assist with promoting disaster preparedness in their communities.
