Health screenings at Life Impact Church on August 10

Life Impact Church is hosting health screenings to inform residents their risks of certain diseases on Tuesday, August 10.

Life Line Screening is a national company that provides preventative health screenings to people. Life Line’s screenings for chronic diseases include cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and diabetes.

Screenings look for things such as the level of plaque buildup in arteries, HDL and LDL cholesterol levels, diabetes risk, bone density, and how the kidney and thyroid is functioning.

The church is located at 1733 H Street suite 206 in the Cost Cutter parking lot. Registering before the event is required. To register, call 1-877/237-1287 or visit Life Line’s website at lifelinescreening.com.

Life Line will create a screening package that best fits an individual’s age and risk factors. Screening starts at $149.
