Adding another attraction to downtown Blaine is Torr Lewis, who has opened up Tiny Taproom at 677 Peace Portal Drive in Tony Andrews’ building, also home to Tony’s Just a Bite. The taproom serves beer and wine and is open daily from 4 to 9 p.m.
