Peace Run arrives at the border

Posted

The Peace Run torch relay crossed the border at Blaine on June 17 as part of the 2018 North American run that starts and finishes in New York. After running through the Peace Arch, local and international participants shared a song with city councilmember Meg Olson and visitors to the park who got a chance to hold the torch and share their hopes for global harmony. Now in its third decade, the run has visited more than 140 nations.
