Darren, age 23, went suddenly to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, October 1. Darren was fun loving and always surrounded by friends. He was employed as a sandblaster at Dunkin & Bush.
He is survived by his mother, Sharleen Wilson, sister, Erin Wilson; nephews Jacob and Kolton Wilson; grandmother Lynn Sorensen, uncles Brett Lane, Eric and Corby Sloan, Jim Wilson, Spencer Cope; aunts Melody Sloan, Elaina Cope, Nadine Wilson; numerous cousins Mike Sloan, Nate Sloan, Chelsea and Evan Vickers, Levi Sloan, Lindsey, Lorelie and Corby Sloan, Kevin and David Slotemaker and Steven Cope.
Darren was preceded in death by great grandmother Ellen Einarson, Allie Poe, Grandpa Kaj Sorensen, Needham Bryant Sloan, Uncles Lance Knowles, Grandmother Georgianna Wilson, Grandfather Claude Wilson, and father Dirk Wilson.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 11 at 1 p.m. at North Bay Christ the King Church, 4895 Birch Bay-Lynden Rd., Blaine, WA.
