Blaine’s Art-Oberfest happens October 8 - 9. The event is hosted by the Blaine Harbor Art Gallery. Pictured left is a piece by Debbie Haggman. It’s one of the many that will be for sale at the Community Center Pavilion, located on 8th and H Street in Blaine.
