BBWSD wastewater treatment plant awarded

From l.; Birch Bay Water and Sewer District (BBWSD) operator Lawrence Gonzales, sewer operations foreman Shane Hess and operator Benny Tapia stand with a Golden Plunger Award that BBWSD received from the Washington state Department of Ecology. The BBWSD was awarded an outstanding wastewater treatment plant recognition for plant operations in 2022.
