Big turn out for Strings & Things

The Point Roberts Marina and the Pier Restaurant were the backdrop to the sold-out Point Roberts Strings & Things International Music Festival on July 13. Over 500 tickets were sold ahead of the event. Organized by Breeda Desmond and Mike Bell, the festival featured the bands Red Fiddler, The Living Orchestra, Black Dog String Quartet and The Whiskeydicks.
