Blaine city manager to retire in June

After 36 years in public service, Blaine city manager Dave Wilbrecht announced on February 26 that he will retire from his position on June 15. “It’s been a wonderful experience here,” he told the city council during its regular meeting. Wilbrecht said he plans to stay in the area with his wife. “We love being here,” he said. Wilbrecht has worked for the city of Blaine for approximately five years.
