Blaine families of young students packed into the Blaine Primary School for the school’s first family science night on February 6. Stations were set up for students to look through microscopes, fly paper airplanes, conduct chemistry experiments and to make creations they could take home. “It was exciting to see these budding scientists interacting with science and showing their love of learning,” said Terre Shapiro, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) specialist at the school.
