Blaine public official recognized by prestigious organization

Blaine public works director Ravyn Whitewolf, l., received an executive credential from the American Public Works Association in late August. She is now one of 70 in an organization of 29,000 to receive the credential since its founding. Whitewolf is on the engineering and tech committee.
