BPD officer awarded for life-saving service

Blaine Police Department officer Katelyn Weaver receives a life-saving service award from chief Donnell Tanksley for pulling an unconscious man from a crashed vehicle and performing CPR on him until aid crews arrived on scene. The man she saved was present at the award ceremony held outside of the police department on August 25.
