Carmen (Parlari Sickler) Williams, born on January 15, 1947, passed peacefully in her sleep on April 11, 2017. She is survived by her husband Gary Williams, her daughters, Christy Clark, Jenny Sickler and Sandie Misanes, and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
