Memorial Service for Nelta June Walsh, longtime resident of Blaine, WA, passed away February 8, 2017. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, March 25 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Free Church Unitarian, 1218 Harrison Avenue in Blaine, WA.
