Whatcom County Councilmembers Ben Elenbaas and Jon Scanlon met with Blaine and Birch Bay community members at Blaine Public Library on June 17. The wide-ranging, roundtable discussion covered topics including water adjudication, development, the upcoming county comprehensive plan update, and Birch Bay incorporation.
