He was strengthened throughout the years by his faith in Jehovah God and was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1964. He married his beautiful loving wife, Patricia Josephine Nichol on February 6, 1950, and cherished her until her death in 2007. He was also deeply sorrowed by the death by his beloved son, Mark David in 2013. George is survived by his son, George Russell (Deborah) Relyea; his daughters: Lea Kamp and Robin (Tony) Meisner; his daughter-in-law, Deborah Kay Relyea; along with his 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. He loved all of them dearly. A memorial to remember his life will be held at 6 p.m. on May 7, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 17004 100th St NE, Granite Falls, WA 98252.
