Timothy L. “TJ” Posey
June 12, 1973 – September 27, 2026
Timothy L. “TJ” Posey passed September 27, 2026, in the early morning hours listening to music and the voices of family. He took his last breaths at home, as he wished, when the cancer would not let up, after a year of treatments.
As he hoped, he was able to receive visits from some close friends and enjoy one of his favorite flowers before moving on.
He was born in Germany, on June 12, 1973, and didn’t live in the United States until he was 13. With a father in the military, he moved with his family to Texas, California and Washington. This gave him a wealth of understanding about the world. His favorite place to work and play was Birch Bay. He gathered friends as a truck driver, bartender, bouncer, bus converter, asphalt spreader, mobile home setter, roofer, all around handyman. We celebrated his life while he lived it; fishing in the water ways, driving the back roads, enjoying good food and treats, perusing thrift stores and estate sales.
TJ is survived by his loving mother, Sally Bass (Ken); his companion, Connie Beach; and many partners in work projects and shenanigans.
