Birch Bay Beach Fest and Feast took place on a bright, sunny day at Birch Bay State Park, on June 2.
At the event, guests were able to view educational displays, participate in a scavenger hunt and collect prizes.
Attendees also joined in a beach walk with a trained naturalist and witnessed an award ceremony and the ribbon cutting of a new interpretive sign for the park.
For lunch, Ivar’s served up hefty scoops of clam chowder.
