Sophomore Saul Magallon, r., gets a leg up on his opponent in the 195-pound matchup at a dual meet against Anacortes January 6. Blaine won the home meet 66–18. The next night the Borderites wrestled in the Panther Classic in Snohomish. Senior Caleb Frey (152 pounds) and Megallon won championship titles, while Colton Economy (126 pounds), Derreck Camba (132 pounds) and Riley Fritsch (160 pounds) earned second place medals. Anthony Frey (132 pounds) and Tristan Alanis (182 pounds) earned third place medals, and Aidan Button (138 pounds).
